Tomorrow Red Planet will be at the Bowdoin St. garden getting a bunch of work done. Join us if you can, after 9am until sometime mid-afternoon. The garden is at the corner of Bowdoin and Amherst Streets in Olnyville. It gets weedy from our periodic neglect, and trash strewn from whoever. It has a fence that needs repair, a compost bin that needs dismantling, and wood that can be cut. Then we hope to transplant some flowers. We'd love to see any and all of you. Bring some gloves if you can. Just let us know a general time we might expect you.

And remember, the first pick up is next wednesday, the 20th. Most of the harvest will be in the city, and I don't think we'll need much help. The share will be some combination of spinach, salad greens, cooking greens (like kale, red dandelion and mustard), radishes and fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, parsley, sage, chives, etc).
Thanks,
Catherine
